Approach

How an engagement works.

Discovery, opportunity selection, proof of concept, pilot, and production. Each step exists to decide whether a workflow should be automated and then to put a working system into use.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We learn the current workflow, the systems it touches, where it stalls, how much labor it requires, and what that costs the operation.

  2. 02

    Opportunity Selection

We identify the opportunity with the best combination of business value, implementation feasibility, and time to impact. The result is one workflow worth doing, not a catalog of ideas.

  3. 03

    Proof of Concept

When appropriate, we rapidly build a focused proof of concept using your actual workflow or representative data, so the idea can be judged on a working result.

  4. 04

    Pilot

We integrate the system into a controlled real-world workflow. Staff keep approval and exception handling where judgment matters, and the pilot shows whether the system holds up in daily use.

  5. 05

    Production

We harden the solution, finish the integration, and put monitoring and maintenance in place so the system can be operated and improved in production.

What a discovery call covers

  • One workflow

Name the process that consumes too much time. A single painful workflow is a better start than a tour of the whole company.

  • The systems it touches

Tell us which tools hold the information today: estimating, accounting, email, spreadsheets, an ERP, or a shared drive.

  • Who feels the delay

Estimators, project accountants, dispatchers, and controllers usually know where the hours go. We want that view, not a slogan.

Start With One Workflow.

You don't need an AI strategy presentation. Show us a workflow that consumes too much time, and we'll determine whether it is worth automating.
